A co-founder of Thomas Property, Dale has a long history with Project Management which has given him a considerable depth of knowledge and experience in his career as a Property Developer. Dale has assisted buyers across Australia and International with everything from first home buyers, property investors, renovators, developers and off-the-plan purchases. His skills in property acquisition began prior to founding Thomas Property and was focused on areas of passive and aggressive investment property strategy. Dale oversees the planning process from acquisition to the completion of the construction phase. He has extensive knowledge of the property market and a deep understanding of council DCP and LEPs. Dale has successfully structured the business model into three components which are Project Management, Construction and Real Estate. In addition, Dale has established a strong Buyer's Agent program. The reason for the success of the program is based solely on experience, service and resources. Dale found that the need for an experienced buyer's agent isn't only for time poor buyers or those investors abroad or interstate, the real need comes from being sure of what you are buying to ensure fundamental elements in the purchase such as capital growth, rental yield, desirability, positive infrastructure impacts, value for money, DCP interpretation for development sites and structurally sound properties. Dale holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University. He is also an active member of St Brigid's Marrickville Catholic Church and a Vice President of the Lions Club of Balgowlah. Since 2009, Dale has an ongoing commitment to funding community housing projects in Yala, Kenya providing sustainable homes to families in need. He has spent over four months as a volunteer Project Manager in Yala, Kenya building sustainable homes for the local community. To date, this initiative has provided housing for 148 families. As The Justice of the Peace, Dale provides ongoing service to the public on Friday between 10.00am - 12.00pm and available for private appointments.
